Week 30 of The Documented Life Project:
Make your page 'Smash Book style.'
I added bits and pieces of my week
into the collage, and scraps
of painted papers.
What do you do for fun?
I draw, paint, cut and paste in my journals!
I find it Therapeutic...
Joining Elizabeth of Altered Book Lover blog
for her T Tuesday link party. Above, a detail
of a larger collage that incorporates a green
tea package and a little sketch of a tea bag.
What do you do for summer fun?

Hi Dianne
ReplyDeleteGreat pages. Funny how cutting, pasting and painting can be so therapeutic.
Happy T-day
I've still never quite understood the concept behind a "smash book," but I adore those pages you made. I especially like the Tuesday Tea and the ones with real book pages for backgrounds. Of course, they are all very lovely, and so YOU.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing these lovelies for T this Tuesday, dear Dianne.
I think its more like ...what don't i do...lol......Draw, paint, mosaic, cards, postcards, nature crafts..... I like them all...... :)
ReplyDeleteLove your pages! Hugs! deb

AMAZING pages !
ReplyDeleteHappe T-day!
I try to have as much hammock time as possible.
ReplyDeleteNice pages.
I can really understand how one can get "lost" in cutting, gluing, collaging, etc. Your pages are all beautiful.
ReplyDeleteGreat artist flair on your pages, gives me a rustic feeling

Enjoyed your pages and the clever way you used the tea bag.

Looks like you have been having fun with your pages. They look great! Summer fun? I putter with various projects--from book binding to card making to art journal experimenting--when I'm not reading or watching movies or getting to know my new grandson. ;) Happy belated T-Day! :)
ReplyDeleteGreat journal pages ♥ I can spend hours cutting and pasting... even just hours tearing and cutting out magazine pages to save for later use. So relaxing .
