Peppermint Tea Collage

In winter,
I crave shades
of green...

and peppermint tea.

Looking out the window
at the snow falling...
and thinking that I am
not going anywhere today.
I will stay inside with my
coffee, tea, and a
good book!

Linking up with T Tuesday
blog hop. Stop by for
a visit and a cup
of something
warm!

  2. Craving green in winter = just perfect topping that off with some Peppermint tea too Dianne!
Your calendar page is totally brilliant as well.
Lovely to visit with you imaging all of that white stuff outside your window.
It is finally cold here but no snow...yet.
I get excited about snow since I have the option of staying inside and enjoying it.
    Happy T Day
    Stay warm and cozy

  3. Oh Dianne, this is wonderful. I suspect a lot of us are wishing for green about now. You should link it to Art Journal Journey's challenge which is winter wonderland. I know how much you love to journal and this would be a good venue for you.

I can't believe your calendar. You draw EVERY day. I am so, so impressed and love this. Really!

I am SO sorry, and yes, you are correct. This is from the original recipe: 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature. Thanks for catching my mistake.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful calendar, your gorgeous journal collage, and your coffee, peppermint tea, and warmth with us for T this Tuesday. And thanks again for catching my mistake. Hope you don't get snowed in, because ours has already melted, although I don't know how, since the temps never got above freezing for over a week.

  4. Your collage today gives me a much needed boost of green, too. I see from your calendar that you have already had several snowfalls, and enough to close school today. The sky is darkening here, and snow is expected late this afternoon. With temps rising to 40, I don't expect it to stay around long. Happy T Day!
